We understand that many people don't feel comfortable sending credit card information over the internet. For this reason we have taken many steps for your protection. We provide an SSL connection with 128 bit encryption. Coupled with many in-house administrative procedures this keeps your credit info safe.
Should you still feel squeamish we wouldn't blame you one bit. We do not require that you send ANY credit card information online. Just scroll down to the bottom of the customer information screen within your order window.

Click the little box that says "Call for CC Num", leave the credit card information blank, and continue processing your order by clicking "Send Order Now." We'll get back to you over the telephone quickly to retrieve your credit card info.

All Shipping charges quoted* are for UPS Ground. Call for other methods of shipping.
Shipping charges
are for the Continental U.S. only. Please call for orders in Hawaii or Alaska.
We do not ship outside the United States.
There is a minimum Shipping charge of $7.50. Shipping on small orders
will be increased to this amount.
*UPS Shipping Quotes are not calculated by UPS standards and are not exact. When shipping amounts vary by more than three US dollars you will be notified by email with the correct amount charged to your chosen credit card.
Hydroponic Equipment.com does require a signature on packages to insure proper receipt of your purchase from us. If you wish to waive this requirement, you may do so by asking us in the comments section of the order form. However by waiving it, The Grow Store will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
